Our Reservation Policy:

Check In: 3:00 p.m. or anytime after, if you expect a check in time of later than 9 p.m. please give us a call. If possible, it is always appreciated if you can give us an ETA for your arrival.

Check Out: 10:00 a.m. or later by special arrangement

Please contact us should you need to make other arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:

Two weeks or more in advance of reservation – 100% refund.

Seven days to two weeks in advance of reservation – 50% refund & 50% toward future reservation within 12 months.

Seven days or less in advance of reservation – 50% refund.

No refunds if reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of check in date. Exceptions can be made with approval of The Craftsman Inn Moro ownership.

Important note: A reservation request is only held 24 hrs after being made, an invoice is sent to the guests email and must be paid to assure the room or date is blocked for the guest. Only then will the reservation show on the calendar.

Please understand that we receive multiple requests for certain rooms or certain days and cannot hold a request longer than 24 hrs, if two guests request the same room, both will be sent invoices but the first to pay the invoice will be marked as the occupant of the room. We do our best to accommodate everyone but simply cannot place the room as reserved on the website calendar until payment is made, this turns away other people who would otherwise request reservations.

Regarding PayPal fees: Each transaction is assessed a fee paid by The Craftsman Inn Moro. PayPal allows a full refund within 60 days and returns their fee. A refund offered after 60 days of invoice payment generates an additional transaction fee of 2.9% plus .30 cents. The Craftsman Inn Moro policy is that this fee is to be assumed by the cancelling party. 

Regarding credit card fees: The Craftsman Inn Moro uses The Square Company to transact a debit to debit payment, if a credit card is preferred there is a 3.5% processing fee in addition to the room payment

Important note: The Craftsman Inn Moro is a non-smoking and no pet B&B.

There will be a $250 cleaning fee if smoking occurs anywhere on the property.

Other Policies:

House Rules Policy:

The Craftsman Inn Moro is our private home, we kindly request you respect our privacy and familiarize yourself with the rules and requirements of stay.

Being a traditional B&B, The Craftsman Inn Moro has common areas that are for guest use, and staff only areas that guests are not permitted to use. The kitchen and kitchen refrigerator, and the enclosures in the living & dining room, are staff only areas. Guest access is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees. Please ask the host/hostess for help if you have any questions. This includes guest rooms other than your specifically reserved room.

The basement serves as our living quarters, if you need anything and we are there, please knock on the door. You can also place a phone call to the land line number as we have a second extension here. Entering the basement living quarters is strictly prohibited and can result in fees and/or removal from the premise.

Please give us immediate notice if something is missing or damaged in your room or on the premise during your stay. You are obliged to reimburse for the costs of any damage caused by you, as the renter, any other group member, or person(s) invited by you. The Craftsman Inn Moro reserves the right to charge a guest credit card for missing or damaged items, or damage done to the premises. These charges will be made for replacement costs of items and/or the cost of labor associated with repair or replacement of the structure of the Inn.

When pricing our rooms, we presume up to 2 occupants per room. We may charge additional fees if more than two people occupy a room. We ask that you respect all other guests and the hosts by keeping noise levels down from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Keys to each room are provided too guests upon check in. It is the guests responsibility to ensure their room is locked if leaving the premise with belongings still on the premises. It is the guests responsibility to return the key upon check out. Guests assume responsibility for the cost of replacement keys is missing or lost. The Craftsman Inn Moro cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury and/or damage to any guest/visitor and their personal items. We assume no responsibility for forgotten, damaged, lost and/or stolen possessions or money.

Children:

Let us preface our policy with the comment that we are parents and love children! We accept children of all ages, however parents or guardians must supervise minors at all times. That being said, infants and toddlers outside of their normal routines at home can be surprisingly restless and disrupt the Bed & Breakfast experience expected by most guests. Because the guest house is a house and not built with sound proofing like hotel rooms, sound does travel. We want everyone to enjoy their experience without those awkward moments at breakfast after a sleepless night for the entire house. Please use your best judgment with your child and their abilities. We are happy to assist you with selecting the best room options for children. Our laundry facility is offered to clean any soiled bedding or for an additional service charge of $20 we will provide this service for you.  

Food & Alcohol:

Cooking and eating in guests rooms is prohibited. If you choose to bring your own food we will provide you with dishes & utensils to use for a small fee of $5 per person per meal, and use of the dining area. The Craftsman Inn Moro is not an OLCC licensed business. While we invite our guests to bring beverages with them if they choose we cannot serve alcohol, excessive alcohol consumption is discouraged. The Craftsman Inn Moro reserves the right, at our discretion, to request guests leave the property without reservation refund if behavior puts other guests, the hosts, or themselves at risk.

Group Reservation Policy:

We love having private groups reserve the Inn! A security deposit of $500 applies for any private group wishing to reserve the entire Inn. The house rules apply equally to private groups, the same as other guests. All previously expressed rules & requirements apply. Please do not alter the Inn by moving furniture in any guest area. We are happy to help with special or unique considerations to make your groups stay extraordinary. We want you to come back!

Waiver of Liability:

By submitting your reservation request you agree to release your host from any liability relating to any and all injuries to you which may occur during your stay on the subject property.

By submitting a reservation request to this specific host you agree to hold your host free from any liability, including financial responsibilities incurred, regardless of whether injuries were caused by negligence.

By submitting your reservation request to this specific host, you forfeit all rights to bring a suit against your host for any reason. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and explained to you verbally. You are expected to ask for clarification when needed.

Method of Payment:

We have in the past used Paypal and sent an invoice in advance of the stay. We realize there are some people who do not like Paypal and understand that reluctance. As you may be aware, there are always new technological improvements for transacting business electronically and it is always our intention to maintain our own and guests financial security. Per previous comments, full payment for the reservation must be made in advance before a room can be secured for you.
